Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is provided by Duper Studios LLC for the virtual reality applications “Lacrosse” and “LAX VR,” available through the Meta Horizon Store.

Information We Access and Process

Lacrosse and LAX VR access and process limited information made available through Meta Horizon Platform features. Depending on the features used, this may include:

  • User ID: A unique Meta platform identifier used to associate the user with app features, gameplay information, achievements, leaderboards, purchases, and other platform functionality.

  • User Profile: The user’s Meta display name and profile information, which may be displayed within the app, including on leaderboards or in social features.

  • Friends: Information made available by Meta regarding friends who also use the app, used to support social features and friends-based leaderboard displays, where applicable.

  • Avatars: Meta Avatar information or representations used to display the user’s selected Meta Avatar within the app, where applicable.

  • In-App Purchases: Information provided by Meta regarding product purchases, entitlements, and ownership status. This information is used to determine whether a user has access to purchased content or features.

Duper Studios LLC does not receive users’ passwords, payment-card information, or other payment credentials. Purchases and payment processing are handled by Meta.

How We Use Information

The Meta Platform information described above is processed only as necessary to provide app functionality, including:

  • Identifying the user within supported Meta Platform features;

  • Displaying the user’s name, profile, or avatar;

  • Providing achievements and leaderboards;

  • Displaying friends-related information;

  • Verifying ownership of in-app purchases and unlocking purchased content;

  • Supporting gameplay and social features.

Data Storage and Sharing

Meta Platform information is generally accessed through Meta services and processed by the app as needed to provide the applicable feature.

Duper Studios LLC does not operate an external user-account database or developer-controlled server that permanently stores Meta user profile information, friends information, avatar information, or payment information.

We do not sell user information. We do not share Meta Platform information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Certain information may remain within the app on the user’s device or within Meta’s systems as part of normal app and platform operation. Information maintained by Meta is subject to Meta’s own privacy policies and account controls.

Data Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of any information controlled by Duper Studios LLC by emailing:

The request should identify the app and provide sufficient information for us to understand and respond to the request. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request.

Because Duper Studios LLC does not maintain a developer-operated database containing Meta user profile, friends, avatar, or payment information, we may have no corresponding server-side personal information to delete. If that is the case, we will inform the requesting user.

Users may also remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the app or deleting the app’s data through the applicable Meta Quest device settings.

Information maintained directly by Meta, including Meta account information, purchase records, avatars, and platform data, must be managed through the user’s Meta account and privacy settings.

Legal Requirements

Duper Studios LLC may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, a valid legal process, or an enforceable governmental request. Because we do not maintain a developer-operated database of Meta user information, we may not possess information responsive to such a request.

Children’s Privacy

Lacrosse and LAX VR do not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children outside of information provided through Meta Platform features. Use of Meta accounts and Meta Platform services is governed by Meta’s applicable account, age, parental-supervision, and privacy requirements.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when app functionality, Meta Platform features, or legal requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
